   Terra and Kefka are way better than ppl think. Especially with given ultimate instant win setup. They don’t have to work hard to land hits like the lame close range fighters. Not to mention they have mad keep away games along with long winded comboes of death. Exdeath is too slow and is very baitable.

   Screw tiers, tiers made the author of my SFIV guide describe what he considered upper-tier characters without going into their weaknesses. Tiers are for Nazis.
